 Policies

Please read below for a full list of venue policies that will apply to all attendees.

1. Clear Bag Policy - Translucent (clear) bags made of clear plastic, vinyl, and PVC material are allowed. 6”x6”x6” clutches, fanny packs, and wallets are allowed. Do not bring bags larger than this, unless they are clear. 
2. ID for Alcohol Consumption - You must present a government issued ID for verification in order to receive a 21+ wristband before you can purchase alcohol at the event. Those without an ID will not be able to purchase alcohol, regardless of age.
3. Pets/Animals - Pets are not permitted at the venue or in the parking areas of the venue. Legal service animals are the only exception.
4. Smoking & Vaping - Smoking and vaping are allowed only in permitted areas of the venue.
5. Seating & Bag Chairs - Attendees are permitted to bring their own chairs for the concert (ex. bag chairs or camping chairs). They will be restricted to the back portion of the covered venue area and the lawn outside of the covered venue area.
6. Professional Cameras, Video Equipment and Drones - Recording devices and professional cameras are not permitted inside the venue aside from the property of vendors working on behalf of the venue or performers.
7. Outside Food & Beverage - Outside food and beverages are not permitted. 
8. Refund Policy - All tickets are non-refundable unless the show is canceled or postponed. The event is rain or shine, as long as there is no severe weather (lightning, high winds, hurricane threat, etc.) in the immediate forecast. Please check the Freedom Night Live website for current updates if there are any weather concerns.
9. Other Restricted Items - Attendees are not allowed to bring in fireworks, weapons (including firearms, knives, blunt objects, chemical weapons, etc.), or other dangerous items. This policy applies to every individual, even those with a concealed weapons permit (CCW). Illegal substances are not permitted.

FAQs

1. Are children allowed at the event? - Yes, this is a family-friendly event open to all ages. Ticket prices are the same, regardless of age. Children under the age of 2 do not require a ticket.
2. Do you have a lost and found? - Yes, at the ticketing tables at the entrance of the venue throughout the event. If you need to inquire about a lost item following the event, please email StacyChandlerFarms@gmail.com
3. Will you have food and beverages on site for purchase? - Vendors will have food and beverages for sale at the event from 6-9:30PM (doors open at 6PM and the concert begins at 7PM). Last call for General Admission tickets will be 9:30PM.
4. Will you have parking on site? - Yes, we will have free parking that is within walking distance of the venue.
